Morris imagined a few apple trees. A commercial order of 200 became the beginning of Allen's Orchard, which Morris and Diane grew and shared for 41 years.

Allen's Orchard began in 1969, when Morris and Diane Allen turned a cornfield north of Marion into a place for apples, agricultural education, and time together outside.

Our story

Morris imagined a few apple trees. A commercial order of 200 became the beginning of Allen's Orchard, which Morris and Diane grew and shared for 41 years.
2010
We joined the orchard with Annie's Apples and More, bringing fresh donuts, pies, turnovers, and more to the apple-growing tradition.
